Hunan Taao Communications - Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Implementation Kickoff Meeting
On April 19th, in order to further strengthen and standardize the company's integration of informatization and industrialization construction and management level, Hunan Taao Communication Co., Ltd. held a conference to kickoff the implementation of the integrated management system. The company leaders, heads of all departments, and integration training teachers all attended the meeting, totaling more than 9 participants.
At the meeting, the attendees made a serious effort to understand the connotation of the "integration of informatization and industrialization" management system. The head of the consulting services agency explained to the attendees about the workflow and points for attention of the integration process, and answered various questions raised by the attendees.
During the meeting, Deputy General Manager Cheng Haibo pointed out that "Integration of informatization and industrialization" is an inevitable trend in the new round of technological revolution and industrial change. It is an essential channel to realize high-quality corporate development and is an effective way for the company to cultivate new skills and improve core competitiveness.
The meeting announced the establishment of an integrated working group to facilitate communication between departments, with Zheng Zhiyi appointed as the head of the integration team, with He Zhengli, Xie Xinyan, Tan Kai, and Yin Lingzhi as team members.
The team members were asked to meticulously study the management process, plan according to the objectives of the integrated management system, and take initiative in prioritizing tasks at each stage of the project. The company-wide and effective implementation of the integrated management system was stressed as it has significant implications for the company's development. All departments were asked to cooperate in finishing the relevant work and seize this opportunity to improve the management system towards informatization and systematization, ultimately increasing production efficiency and management level.
General Manager Zheng Zhigang said that Taao Communications will increase investment in employee training, provide more learning opportunities, and help them adapt to the demands of the digital age. Meanwhile, all employees are required to understand the importance of integration, and support the implementation and management of the integration project in order to pass the evaluation by the expert group of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is hoped that through the implementation of the integrated management system, this opportunity will be seized to push management to upgrade towards informatization and systematization, and to further improve production efficiency and management level.
